The kit's Lebrew’s RoastSee Fusion Coffee Analyzer is an all-in-one tool for green and roasted coffee beans.  The RoastSee will help you analyze green samples and choose the correct profile for your green coffee by measuring moisture content, density, and water activity in lightning fast times.  Additionally, this multi-tool takes the Agtron color value measurement of roasted coffee beans and grounds.  

Best of all, we start you off with 30lbs of green coffee (18-20 roast batches!).  The 30lbs is made up of 20 lbs Showroom top picks, and 10lbs break-in beans for practice.
