Product Overview
Replacement probe 3-pack for bean temperature (BT), environmental temperature (ET) (below the hopper) and the incoming air probe (at rear of drum) on the Arc Roaster. These RTD probes are connected to the correct wires, with adequate length to run back to the motherboard.
These are not an upgrade for older Thermocouple (TC) Arc 800s. These are for replacing probes on RTD Arc 800 Models.
BT is the longer probe@ 4 1/4"
ET+Air-In are the shorter probes @ 3 3/4"
Probes should be replaced annually for users commonly roasting dark, or every 2-3 years for users only roasting light.
