Importer Lab in a Box
Ideal for QC and small batch roasting needs of:
- Established roasting businesses
- Importers
- Established exporters
- Preparation for coffee certifications
This kit is meant for serious coffee professionals engaged in sample roasting, cupping, green bean analysis and sensory training. To build this kit we took stock of all the best tools we use regularly at Crop to Cup Coffee Importer's quality control lab.
For your sample roaster, choose between the Kaffelogic Nano 7 (electric roaster) or the Arc S (gas, barrel roaster). Prior to roast you'll want to check your greens with the industry-leading Lighttells MD-500 portable Moisture-Density Analyzer and the Lighttells W-600 portable Water Activity Analyzer (water activity meter).
Showroom Coffee’s Cupping Supply Set (for 6 coffees / 4 cuppers) ensures you have everything you need on the table for an efficient group cupping. Le Nez du Cafe is the coffee industry’s core tool for coffee taster aroma training, and with this 2.0 version it is now updated with more scents and 96 page guide, making for a more comprehensive training tool.
Carry case included with the Kaffelogic roaster option.
6-Coffee Cupping Set: 36 cups, 6 table trays, 4 spoons, 4 spit cups, 6 bean trays. Larger cupping group? You can add additional cupping supplies through our Cupping Supply Set.
