When dealing with dozens and dozens of roasted or green samples in the lab at any given time, we need trays that are sturdy enough to stack and carry (stacked) without being too flimsy that they collapse when moving. But they also need to be just flexible enough to squeeze and easily pour like a funnel or scoop into a bag or cup. These hit both marks, and look great. They are the go-to tray for displaying your green or roasted samples on the cupping table, or storing your coffees short-term before or after sample roasting.
