Arc 800 Coffee Roaster

The Arc 800 is a professional gas or electric coffee roaster built for production roasting at 100–800g. Variable drum speed, stepless airflow and heat, four fast temperature probes, and a separate cooling fan give you the same manual control language as larger commercial machines—ready for Artisan or Cropster.
