When you replace the regulator hose for your Huky 500 roaster make sure you get the right pressure for your IR burner. Many standard propane regulator hoses do not meet the high gas pressure requirements of the Huky burner. Order from Showroom to make sure you get the right part! Regulates propane (LPG) down to 69 mbar / 27 inches of water column / 1.0 psi.
This is a 1 PSI high quality steel-braided 8ft hose, nylon reinforced. The 3/8 female flare nut will screw right onto your Huky burner (if you’ve ordered your Huky from Showroom and it includes our gas fitting). The other end is a type-1 QCC-1 connection, which is what you need for most standard propane tanks in the US and Canada.
****For safety, this type of regulator and hose should be inspected regularly for leaks, and replaced at least once per year.***
****This regulator can only be installed on portable propane tanks. It cannot be installed on a permanent house/building propane line***
