Replacement thermocouple 3-pack for bean temperature (BT), environmental temperature (ET) (below the hopper) and the incoming air probe (at rear of drum) on the Arc Roaster. These are connected to K-type wires, with adequate length to run back to the motherboard.
Includes brass compression fitting.
Thermocouples should be replaced annually for users commonly roasting dark, or every 2-3 years for users only roasting light.
